Makita Usa, Inc., the Japanese power tool giant released any new tools in the first half of 2008, along with a new Backpack Blower, a Lithium-Ion Cordless Drywall Screwdriver Kit, and a random orbital sander.

Released in the middle of July, the 75.6 cc 4-Stroke Backpack Blower, otherwise known as model Bbx7600 is able to run 53 percent longer on each fuel tank than earlier 2-cycle motor types.
